Frequently asked questions
How much will therapy cost?
It all depends with what Insurance you have, what your insurance benefits cover, how much your deductible or co-pay is. Some people do not have to pay a co-pay, and insurance will cover the costs. IF you have questions the best place to start is the customer service or Behavioral Health number listed on the front or the back of your insurance card.
Do you offer in person sessions?
At this time I am only offering virtual sessions. I will be working to get office space in Redmond, Oregon and will update this information once I have been able to do so.
Do you only work with women?
I specialize in working with women’s issues, domestic violence, sexual abuse, and have also worked with people of all ages and backgrounds from my Primary Care Behavioral Health work. If you are attracted to my page and think we will be good fit, please do reach out to me!
What to expect?
Therapy visits are done virtually. I will share my secure room with you prior to our visits. Expect 60 minutes devoted to what you want to work on. I have different evidence based therapies that I can tailor to your needs. How often we meet will be determined by what you need from therapy and your goals. I will share I am passionate about Brainspotting and do incorporate this into my practice for grief, trauma, panic, and other issues. If you have other questions about the process, send me a message and we can schedule a 15 free phone or video consult.
